2010 Brings More Revenue than all Previous Years Combined, with Continued Profitability

PARAMUS, New Jersey, February 16, 2011 - Netwrix Corporation, the innovation leader in systems management and compliance solutions, announced today the record success for the year 2010. Major industry awards, new products, outstanding customer service, increased media attention, and company expansion have all been catalytic toward 112% revenue growth, continued profitability and 42% new customer acquisition rate in 2010. As has been the case every year since company inception in 2006, Netwrix, once again earned more in 2010 than in all previous years combined.

In 2010, Netwrix nearly doubled in size with key additions to R&D, marketing, sales and customer service teams. With both enterprise and SMB customers located throughout the world, Netwrix continues to affirm its status as an emerging brand with proven technologies that are used by thousands of organizations across the globe.

Technology

Netwrix introduced the Change Reporter Suite in the first quarter of 2010, an integrated auditing and compliance solution for the entire IT infrastructure, and has since continued to enhance it with major feature additions, such as auditing of network devices, server configuration, SharePoint and other systems. New offerings in Endpoint Management, Green IT and e-Discovery also helped Netwrix tap new markets.

Future plans in 2011 for technology development include new products and major improvements to all key product offerings.

Customer service has been an integral part of company expansion in 2010, and as result, now boasts a support-per-salesperson ratio of 10-1. In addition, Netwrix introduced numerous improvements to the support process, such as increased support call pickup time, the self-service customer support portal and others.
