Netwrix to Introduce Unified IT Auditing and Compliance Platform at Microsoft Tech-Ed

New Product Covers All Auditing and Compliance Processes in One Integrated Solution

PARAMUS, NJ--(Marketwire - April 30, 2009) - Netwrix Corporation, a provider of systems management and compliance solutions, announced today that it will introduce its unified auditing and compliance platform for IT environments at Microsoft Tech-Ed '09 North America, which takes place on May 11-15 at the Los Angeles Convention Center in Los Angeles, California. Netwrix plans to demonstrate the advantages of having a single point of management for all auditing processes in one integrated solution at the conference, which is expected to draw more than 5,000 IT industry professionals. The new product has already been nominated for the Best of Tech-Ed award.

"We're excited to be introducing our unified auditing platform at the MS Tech-Ed Conference because we strongly believe that this new approach to auditing and compliance will significantly benefit our customers," said Netwrix President and CEO Michael Fimin. "The ability to standardize on one platform is of great value to CIOs and IT managers, since security and compliance issues are now more critical than ever. With this solution, Netwrix customers will no longer need separate products from different vendors to answer questions about who changed what, when, and where in their systems. And the good news here is that, as with most of our tools, we're going to have a freeware version of this new product with a basic set of features that can be used in production environments with zero investment."

Netwrix's new platform combines all auditing processes in one integrated console in order to deliver a solution that streamlines compliance audits of Active Directory, VMware, MS Exchange, SharePoint, Group Policy, System Center, file servers, and other systems. By developing a solution that unifies all auditing procedures, Netwrix has made the entire process easier for organizations that want a higher level of internal governance or need to stay compliant with SOX, HIPAA, PCI, FISMA and other regulations. And because all systems are covered in one management console, Netwrix customers no longer have to own different products and manage them separately -- nor do they have the burden of maintaining multiple tools for similar tasks. Instead, Netwrix customers can now focus on a single product -- which can be customized to fit their environments and, in order to fit the tightest budgets, to include only required options, in a mix of free and paid options in any proportion. With the unified platform, information is also consolidated into a single data store with enhanced reporting capabilities and dashboards. Through the standardization, Netwrix customers now have the ability to purchase new auditing options (or even download them for free) to add as modules into the existing set with a minimal learning curve and significantly reduced deployment efforts.

Netwrix representatives will be available at booth #229 at Microsoft Tech-Ed '09 in the Los Angeles Convention Center, May 11-15. All visitors to the Netwrix booth can register for a drawing to win a laptop.
