How do you measure and evaluate a partner’s performance? Do you provide any reports?
A partner’s performance is measured by the number of registered opportunities and the partner’s revenue generated within the FY. This information is available on the Netwrix partner portal in the partner profile and reflects the current status of business between Netwrix and the partner.
What are Netwrix partner quarterly goals?
For each of the three partner levels we currently have (Authorized, Silver and Gold), we set activity-based goals for the first 4 quarters, which include proactive marketing campaigns and advertising of Netwrix on the partner website.
How often do you meet with your channel partners?
It depends on the partnership level, the number of registered and closed opportunities, and the commitment of the partner on revenue and marketing activities. Typically, meetings are held once a month.
Do you have any sales and technical staff certification requirements?
Currently we do not have any particular requirements, however we will work closely with a Partner to facilitate necessary training without increasing the burden on the team.
What are you doing to market the product?
We conduct a full spectrum of marketing activities, including inbound and outbound digital marketing campaigns, social media marketing, advertising, SEO, event marketing and PR.
How do you assist your resellers in marketing?
We offer cross-branding on websites, conduct joint marketing activities (email marketing campaigns, webinars and seminars), and provide marketing collateral to share with potential customers.
