Failed to connect to server or shared folder 'server name'. Access is denied
To resolve the issue, do the following:
1. Make sure the remote computer is not protected by a firewall.
- Log on to the computer (where the Disk Space Monitor software is installed) under the account that you use to run the Disk Space Monitor software
3. Try to access the following shared folder: \\server_name\c$. You will be prompted to provide the account credentials. Please specify the Disk Space Monitor service account credentials. You should be able to successfully access the \\server_name\c$ shared folder.
