|Symptoms||An account is locked after creating/changing multiple Netwrix scheduled tasks in:
|Cause||This issue occurs because the Task Scheduler service unnecessarily tries to register the task using a NULL password.
Once the account lockout threshold is reached, the user account is being locked.
|Resolution||This is a known issue related to the Task Scheduler service performance.
To resolve the issue, refer to Microsoft Hotfix: Account is incorrectly locked after you create or change multiple scheduled tasks in Windows 7, in Windows Server 2008 R2, in Windows Vista or in Windows Server 2008.
