Answer In order to exclude changes to these attributes from being reported please navigate to the Netwrix Auditor installation directory and add the following lines to the omitproplist.txt file: 

*.msPKIAccountCredentials 
*.msPKIDPAPIMasterKeys 
*.msPKIRoamingTimeStamp

etc..
