How to remove all triggers to the SQL databases?
KB1637 | Last review: Jun 19, 2013 | Netwrix Auditor for SQL Server | 2.6.194 and above
|Question||How to remove all triggers to the SQL databases?|
|Answer||To remove all triggers please perform the following steps:
1. Open NetWrix Enterprise Management Console | Your Manage object | SQL Server Change Reporter node
2. In the Right-pane please uncheck "Enable database content audit" checkbox
3. Also there is a script in the program installation directory:
C:\Program Files (x86)\NetWrix\SQL Server Change Reporter\sqlcr_remove_audit_from_db.sql
If you execute it against the database in the SQL Management Studio, it will remove all triggers.
You should open it via SQL Management Studio and specify the name of the database from which you'd like to remove the triggers in the following string:
USE [ ] -- specify the name of the database from which you want to remove the objects created to audit data.
