Summary reports contain question marks instead of non-Latin characters

Symptoms If you have any Active Directory, Group Policy or Exchange objects with non-Latin characters and you have enabled SSL authentication on your Exchange server you can get summary reports with question marks instead of non-Latin characters.
Cause The problem is related to SSL authentication being enabled on your Exchange server.
Resolution To prevent this, we recommend to disable SSL authentication on your Exchange server and in Netwrix Auditor | Settings | Email Notifications | Modify | uncheck SSL option.
