Error saving history to database

|Symptoms||You receive the following error:
Error saving [Product] history to database: Cannot open database "[Product Database]" requested by the login. The login failed. Login failed for user '[Service Account]'.
|Cause||The account being used to upload data into the database does not have permission to the specified database.|
|Resolution||To give the specified service account access to all netwrix databases and/or any databases on the SQL service instance, follow these steps:
