Netwrix Auditor System Health Log - eventID 1024

Symptoms The Netwrix Auditor System Health Log (Netwrix Auditor EventLog in Netwrix Auditor 6.5 and below) contains eventID 1024: Email delivery failed
Cause An internal error occurred during the Change Summary generation. This error is not related to your Exchange server operability or the Email Notification settings in Netwrix Auditor.
Resolution Follow the resolution prompts:

Try re-generating the Change Summary. To do it, navigate to Managed Objects --> your_SharePoint_Managed_Object and click Run.
If the error persists, send the following files to Netwrix Support depending on your current Netwrix Auditor version.

If you run Netwrix Auditor 7.0 - 8.5:
  • All files and folders located in %Netwrix Auditor installation folder%\SharePoint Auditing\Tracing folder.
  • Netwrix Auditor System Health Log *.evtx file. To create it, open Event Viewer and navigate to Applications and Services logs --> Netwrix Auditor System Health, select Save all events as and select Save as .evtx file.
If you run Netwrix Auditor 6.5 and below:
  • All files and folders located in %Netwrix Auditor installation folder%\Netwrix Auditor for SharePoint\Tracing folder.
  • Netwrix Auditor EventLog *.evtx file. To create it, open Event Viewer and navigate to Applications and Services logs --> Netwrix Auditor, select Save all events as and select Save as .evtx file.
