Netwrix 2018 SysAdmin Blog Awards nomination period is open

Netwrix Corporation, provider of a visibility platform for data security and risk mitigation in hybrid environments, today announced a call for nominations for the 2018 SysAdmin Blog Awards, which will recognize the most influential and tech-savvy blogs for the value they bring to the IT community.

For the second year in a row, IT professionals, freelancers and corporate tech bloggers are welcome to submit their blogs or any blogs they like in the following five categories:

1. Best IT Security Blog
2. Best Cloud Computing Blog
3. Best Tech Tips for System Administrators Blog
4. Most Humorous Blog
5. IT Career Blog

Winners will be determined by judges from SysAdmin Magazine’s editorial team. The deadline for submissions is March 8, 2018. The shortlist for the SysAdmin Blog Awards will be announced on March 12, 2018 in the Netwrix Blog and Netwrix social media accounts. The five winners, to be announced on March 20, 2018, will each receive a prize: an Amazon Echo smart speaker. One additional prize will go to a randomly selected award participant.

Knowledge sharing is critical for staying on top of major trends in information technology and keeping up with the evolving cyber threat landscape. Tech blogs provide techniques that help IT pros better evaluate their security posture, prioritize risks to their systems and data, and manage their environments more efficiently.
