Netwrix will continue to support all current customers of Netwrix Password Manager as well as provide updates for critical issues if necessary.

Public sector: special pricing is available (government, education, non-profit etc.)

All new perpetual license purchases always come with a 1-year Software Maintenance contract (included in the cost), valid from the date of purchase, entitling customers to product updates and technical support for the first year.
