The solution helps proactively mitigate risks based on audit results. For example, if the software identifies that some sensitive documents are shared with external users, it will email a list of these documents to each document owner and ask them to review the access rights before it cuts off access on a certain date.

While the name has changed, its core purpose remains the same: helping organizations govern access to data and reduce risks tied to excessive, outdated, or inappropriate access across files, systems, and directories.
