NetWrix Professional Services

NetWrix Professional Services is a complete package of services and other related work, such as installation of prerequisites, aimed at providing guaranteed outcome: fully functional NetWrix software solution working in the client environment. Otherwise, a full refund will be issued for all service fees. All services are rendered remotely (offsite), using remote desktop sharing as needed. Participation of a client´s representative is required at all times.

Note that you can get a special 15% discount for Professional Services if you purchase NetWrix software before June 15, 2012.

Below is the sample Professional Services engagement agenda which is a general outline and should include, but is not limited to, the following:

Review and Planning:
The result of this stage is the meeting between NetWrix and client representatives, scheduled within two weeks from the date of a client´s acquisition of Professional Services. At this meeting installation, configuration and capacity prerequisites are reviewed and a joint decision is made regarding the start and delivery time for the implementation.

Installation and Configuration:
This second meeting assumes that all prerequisites have been reviewed and are satisfactorily implemented. At this time, the client´s products will be installed and configured according to the best practices by the client as directed by NetWrix. The client will have an opportunity to carefully review and approve any system and environment changes before implementing them.

Additional Meeting(s):
An UNLIMITED number of additional meetings may be scheduled if needed upon client´s request to make sure that implementation is fully functional and performs satisfactory, with guaranteed results. The NetWrix Professional Services team is committed to work at no extra charge until full client satisfaction has been attained.

Acceptance:
Upon completion of all needed steps, the client will accept and confirm that everything is fully functional and works as required. After that, the Professional Services engagement shall end.
