||The product database was backed up on an old SQL Server and restored on a new SQL Server. However, there are no report folders on the Report Manager Web portal.
||The reports were not moved to the Report Manager Web portal.This happens because report templates are not moved together with database and should be uploaded to the Report Server separately
||To resolve the issue, upload report templates to the new SQL Server via NetWrix Enterprise Management Console.
To upload report templates to the new Report Server, do the following:
1. In the Netwrix Auditor console tree, navigate to Managed Objects node > %your Managed Object% > Target audit system > Reports.
2. In the right pane, click Upload in the Configure Reports section.
