How to find Question/Answer pairs for enrolled users?
|Question||Is it possible to view the Question/Answer pairs users select after enrollment.|
|Answer||For security reasons it is only possible to view the first and last character of each users answers and this data is kept encrypted so it cannot be viewed easily.
In order to view the first and last character of a users answers (typically for verifying who they are if they call to reset their password) the following should be done:
1) Navigate to the Password Manager Help Desk Portal
2) Click Reset Password for the user in question
3) You should now see the Question and Answer pairs as described above.
