VP of Marketing

Job Summary:

The Vice President of Marketing will support the aggressive growth plans in close co-operation with the sales organization while playing a key role in driving 2x annual revenue growth via marketing efforts. Marketing to the B2B IT buyer in a transactional business model.
The position requires a marketing innovator who can help move the company to the next level, via reorganization of the existing marketing department in order to scale and support a $50m business. The role involves strategic planning and execution, managing people, leveraging technology and improving processes.


Duties:

The core responsibilities will include Messaging and Positioning, Direct/Online Marketing, Channel Marketing, PR/AR, Advertising, Event Marketing, Market Research and more.

Develop a marketing strategy that both supports, and is aligned with, short and long-term goals. Ensure annual planning is linked with critical business needs. In addition, improve low-cost inbound marketing capabilities.

Research, develop, produce and present a comprehensive global demand generation plan supporting our revenue and pipeline goals across all segments, products/services and regions.

Develop and manage integrated programs and campaigns in alignment with Go-To-Market strategy, sales force segmentation, new product launches, co-marketing campaigns, renewals, and existing product upsell and cross-sell.

Develop measurement strategy, forecasting, benchmarks, and dashboards to support and monitor marketing activities.

Develop annual marketing budgets and plans in collaboration with the management team, detailing all activities to follow during the fiscal year focusing on meeting organizational objectives.

Spread a consistent, unified message across target audiences, both external and internal.

Prioritize marketing activities and allocate resources accordingly.

Direct, oversee, and manage the Marketing team/staff, including periodic performance reviews, training/development plans, team building, etc. as well as developing and furthering the Marketing team's shared values and goals.

Participate as part of the Executive Team including collaborative and strategic efforts such as planning sessions, weekly update meetings, etc.


Skills and Qualifications:

This role assumes excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, detailed understanding and experience with all modern marketing technologies, willingness to implement new technologies, ability to hire, educate, manage, and retain the best people, extremely effective public speaking skills and presence, strong relationships with media and analysts.


Background:
  • 8 plus years of well-rounded marketing experience in positions of increasing responsibility, with a focus on marketing expansion and identifying emerging market trends.

Technical Support Engineer L1

Job Purpose:

The successful candidate will work within a team of support engineers focused on resolving our customers' technical issues with Netwrix software, answering questions and other inquires; conducting product training, live troubleshooting sessions; identifying and resolving application or environmental issues.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and implementation assistance to clients that require superior technical expertise and urgent response;
  • Work with support ticket tracking system (open, reply, update and close support tickets) and answer phone calls from customers;
  • Identify application or environmental issues that occur during evaluation, implementation and ongoing usage;
  • Provide technical consultations and knowledge transfer to sales and technical support reps, including internal product training;
  • Participate in conference calls and on-site visits (sometimes) with Senior/Executive IT people (CIOs, IT managers);
  • Identify sales requirements by establishing personal rapport with persons in the position to understand technical requirements;
  • Contribute to sales team effort by delivering technical presentations and demonstrations; develop prototypes; support proof-of-concept and software evaluation efforts; develop training tools.

Basic Qualifications:
